We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly receptionist with excellent organisational skills to join the team at our St Columb Hospital.
The successful candidate will show a high willingness to learn, be motivated, confident and able to interact well with our clients providing a consistently high level of service and client care.
Key duties and responsibilities will include answering the telephone, greeting clients, scheduling appointments efficiently, directing advice on a wide range of subjects and products, registering clients and maintaining computerised records in a busy office environment.
