BEST OF CARE: MODERN MEDICINE, TRADITIONAL VALUES

Meg’s cat Lillian is at the St Columb hospital following surgery due to her significant injuries but receiving round the clock care and her stubborn nature is serving her well!

We are so pleased to share that Meg’s cat Lilly is improving, following a CT scan and draining of an abscess. Today she took some time out in the consult room with nurses Georgie and Clare whilst she had a bandage change and looked out the window from her new point of view.

Having one eye does not seem to phase her! Whilst she still has a feeding tube in place so that we can administer her daily nutritional intake, Lilly has started to show more interest in food herself. This afternoon she has started to play with her toys and is really getting back to her feisty self!! Let’s hope it’s home time this week!

Thank you again for all of your concern and messages – it’s great to have the support of all of our lovely clients
